We're easy to get to from Toledo, NW Ohio and SE Michigan.
The office is at 4930 N Holland-Sylvania Road, close to the corner of N Holland-Sylvania and Brint Roads, in the area south of the Flower Hospital campus.
From northbound US 23, exit at SR 184/Alexis Rd. Go left on Monroe Street, past Kroger on the left, then left to Harroun Road. Pass Flower Hospital on the left. Take a right at the first light, which is Brint. Go left on to N Holland-Sylvania Rd.
The office building is called Pacesetter Square and is dark gray in color. It is located across the street from Citizens Bank, and next to the Village Inn.
Enter through the main front door or main back door, both in the center of the building, facing west & east. There is a ramp at the front door. Avoid the lawyer's entrance unless you need the big ramp at their main entrance.
Make yourself comfortable when you arrive in Suite B. We will know you arrived if you push the buzzer for the clinician you are seeing, and will call for you when it is time for your appointment.
If you are not bringing our completed paperwork with you for your first appointment, there will be some to do at our office. Please look for a clipboard with ???? on the desk in the waiting room.
TARTA BUS SERVICE
Depending on your appointment time, bus service may be available with stops on Harroun near Flower Hospital. You can also get to our office with a transfer from Franklin Park Mall and Call-A-Ride from there to our office. Call-A-Ride is available Monday - Friday, 9 AM-5:30 PM.
